Greg graduated from Capital University with degrees in International Business and Political Science. He then received his law degree and MBA from Case Western Reserve University. While working at a Big Four accounting firm, Greg found his passion in personal finance. In 2000, he left public accounting to begin his career as a financial advisor working with individuals, families, and organizations.

Greg graduated from Capital University with degrees in International Business and Political Science. He holds a law degree and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He was one of the first advisors in the country to receive the Tax Planning Certified Professional™ (TPCP™) designation from the American College of Financial Services, building on the tax experience he gained from his work at a Big Four accounting firm. Greg pursued this designation to further improve the long-term tax strategies he develops for his clients in providing holistic financial guidance to individuals, families, and organizations.

Debra (née Feld) Harris

Debra graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Maryland with a degree in Family Studies and a certificate in Women’s Studies. She then received her Master’s Degree from the School of Educational Policy and Leadership at The Ohio State University. She combined her love for serving families and youth as a Director of Programs for a non-profit where she had the opportunity to hone her skills in strategic planning, marketing, public relations, event planning, and garnering community and lay leader support.

Christine Dawson

Administrative Assistant

Debra graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Maryland with a degree in Family Studies and a certificate in Women’s Studies. She then received her Master’s Degree from the School of Educational Policy and Leadership at The Ohio State University. She combined her love for serving families and youth as a Director of Programs for a non-profit where she had the opportunity to hone her skills in strategic planning, marketing, public relations, event planning, and garnering community and lay leader support.

Christine joined Harris Financial Services in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and provides back-office support. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant in the financial industry for over six years. Christine uses this expertise to support HFS and our clients.

Christine enjoys spending time with friends, family and her new grandson, Aiden. She loves the outdoors, hiking and being at her camper in the warmer months.

Michael DiFrancesco

Administrative Assistant

Mike is a Senior Administrative Assistant with LPL Financial who supports Harris Financial Services. He knows how to navigate the LPL landscape, having been with LPL since 2021 and in the financial services industry since 1997. His knowledge of LPL operations helps him effectively and efficiently take advantage of the vast support resources that LPL offers. Mike received his Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and is Series 7, 6, and 63 registered through LPL.

In his free time, Mike enjoys Spending time with his closest friends and family. His hobbies and interests include playing golf, boating, and listening to music.
